Earliest check in is 4.00pm. Latest check in is 8.00pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 11.00am.

Other Policies

We welcome families with children over the age of 8 at Old Town Hall House, but please note that we have a strict maximum capacity of 2 guests per room. No fold out beds or baby travel cots are available. Booking deposits are refundable in the event of cancellation, until 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings without a deposit, valid credit or debit card details are required as security, since a 30% fee is due in the event of cancellation within 14 days of arrival. Group booking deposits (bookings for more than one room) are refundable until 1 calendar month prior to arrival. Full payment of the total room rate will be due for cancellations within 24 hours of arrival, unless room(s) can be filled at short notice.
